RPG Apex Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and related services in Apex, NC and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Project quotes are estimates based on information provided and site conditions at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if conditions change or additional work is required.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change if project scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the initial assessment. Additional charges may apply for extra work requested during the project. Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract.
Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes. You are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring utilities are marked before work begins. Delays caused by site access issues or unmarked utilities may result in rescheduling fees.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring we have clear access to work areas. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, and other obstacles. You must also arrange for all utility lines to be marked by the appropriate utility companies before work begins. Damage to unmarked utilities is not our responsibility. You agree to secure pets and inform us of any property hazards before work starts.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written contract or estimate. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, ground settling, tree roots, or other factors beyond our control. Normal concrete characteristics such as minor cracking or color variations are not defects. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all care and maintenance instructions provided.
Limitation of Liability
RPG Apex Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, underground obstacles not disclosed, or pre-existing property conditions. We carry appropriate insurance, and all claims must be filed according to the terms of our insurance policies.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials ordered and scheduling losses.
